On our land, we grow organic vegetables, seasonal fruits and olives for our own olive oil, which are harvested and used daily in the kitchen. Fresh ingredients guide a cuisine inspired by both Tuscan and international flavors. Freshly baked bread and focaccia are prepared in-house.
Vegetarian and vegan options are always available. Each menu is adapted to the needs and preferences of every group.

The dreamer who made it reality! A visionary leader guided by the heart. She sets the tone and carries the rhythm of the space, holding everything with passion. Keeping the foundations solid, overseeing paperwork, organisation and key relationships.

Fixer. Thinker. Protector.
The one who spots the risks before they become problems. Also called our “worst-case-scenario friend”, he makes everything go right. From tech and software to finance, he brings clarity, structure and security to everything we build.
